Clause 3.1 admits any natural person or legal entity able to identify themselves. Clauses 20.1-20.5 exclude US persons, residents of listed US territories, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, Afghanistan and Iraq, SECO-sanctioned persons and domiciliary companies with excluded beneficial owners. Clause 8.4 allows refusal without reasons.
