Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) S.A. is the Mirabaud Group's European bank, a Luxembourg société anonyme at 6B, rue du Fort Niedergrünewald registered under RCS B181645, authorised as a credit institution and supervised by the CSSF, carried in the CSSF register as a bank since 1 January 2014 and, according to its own best-execution policy, a subsidiary of Mirabaud & Cie SA in Geneva, with branches in France, Spain and the United Kingdom. Its Pillar 3 report describes a business focused exclusively on private banking - discretionary portfolio management, investment advisory, custody and execution services and Lombard lending for a predominantly European base of high and ultra-high net worth clients - with no trading book and a CET1 ratio of 20.34% at 31 December 2025. The January 2023 fee schedules price administration at 0.45% to 0.35% a year (minimum EUR 1,000 per semester), discretionary management at 0.85% to 0.45%, advisory mandates above EUR 1 million at 0.70% to 0.50%, all-inclusive minimums of EUR 2,500 to 6,000 per semester and securities commissions from 1.50% for equities and 0.90% for bonds; the Fee Information Document of 1 July 2024 for the current account lists CHF, EUR and USD accounts, free online banking and a credit card, and states that no debit card is offered. Orders are transmitted to Mirabaud & Cie SA for execution. The general terms name the CSSF as supervisor and membership of the FGDL, which protects deposits up to EUR 100,000, and of the SIIL investor-compensation scheme up to EUR 20,000. No public credit rating is assigned to the bank itself.

Payment account held in CHF, EUR or USD, with account statements through e-banking, free online banking, national and international transfers and standing orders included in the account-keeping fee, cash in CHF, EUR and USD from an account in that currency included, other currencies at 0.50% to withdraw and 0.25% to deposit, and correspondence by post at EUR 1,000 a year; an overdraft bears the interbank rate plus a margin. The fee schedule states that current accounts are not remunerated and that negative rates may be charged.
