Lombard Odier Europe

Lombard Odier (Europe) S.A.

Lombard Odier (Europe) S.A. is the Lombard Odier group's European bank, a Luxembourg société anonyme at 291 route d'Arlon registered under B169907, licensed as a credit institution in 2012 and supervised by the CSSF. It is a sister company of Bank Lombard Odier & Co Ltd in Geneva rather than a branch of it, and operates branches in Belgium, France, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom under its European passport. Its MiFID brochure describes three services: reception and transmission of orders without advice, non-independent investment advice and discretionary portfolio management, with orders passed to the Swiss bank for execution. Deposits are covered by the Luxembourg FGDL up to EUR 100,000 and investments by the SIIL up to EUR 20,000. The Luxembourg head office refers clients to a pricing brochure that is not published online; the French branch's tariff of October 2025 and the French and Belgian Fee Information Documents are published and are the figures shown here, scoped to those branches. The Fitch AA− rating the bank cites is held at group level, not by this entity.
